          Both look good to me, although I'm not sure if the sewing of the eagle on the backing cloth is original. Here's one of mine for comparison..

            thank you for this answer, here is what was said for this item :

            This is a nice example of a WH (Kriegsmarine) breast-eagle (Hoheitsabzeichen).
            The eagle is executed in the neat so-called BeVo weave style in golden-yellow thread on a dark-blue linnen background and mounted on a dark navy-blue woolen background.
            This type of breast eagle and was used on the blue wollen navy uniforms.

                You are getting error messages due to the fact that your file size is too large. Resize the images to the size allowed for upload on this forum.

                It is very simple to resize an image.

                          About the cap tally: what is the distance in cm from the most left part of the K (=left under) to the most right part (the pointed end of the E) please?
