Question about WW2 Kriegsmarine Parade Jacket

Hello, I am considering purchasing this Kriegsmarine Parade Dress Jacket. It has BAW markings and is EM rank. I am concerned about the eagle and patches. Does everything look original and correct? Thanks for taking a look.
