Don't see any problems here. Nice wartime cotton tally

It just in such good shape. It doesn't look like it's 70+ years old. I'm glad to hear it's not a repro.

Cotton and cellon tallies tend to preserve well probably due to how durable and robust they are in comparison to metallic tallies.
