KM Civilian Technical Officer Jacket - Breast Eagle help

I have acquired this jacket, but it is missing the breast eagle. I did not see any outline of a removed breast eagle on the jacket, only a stitched up seam (4.25 inches). Would a silver bullion KM breast eagle be be appropriate for this type of jacket, although I see no evidence of a removed one?
