Looks like an HMS Belfast copy to me, scharnhorsts are dangerous the Belfast souvenir was nicely made.

Belfast Tally, dead set give away - uneven cut ends. Saying that the Belfast Tally is great construction...

I think this should go to the bonfire. The reason is that if you cut the ends even, meaning to the short side on both sides, you almost cannot tell it apart from a period German example.

For this reason, no "cut" Scharnhorst tallies should ever be purchased and you must wait to buy one full length, even ends and long, or nothing.

Even if in a frame, it could just be salted in there, so no cut Scharnhorst tallies. John
