Shoulder Board with Metal Insignia for Identification

Showing here a shoulder board which I am unable to identify. I thought it to be Kriegsmarine, but am unable to find the metal trade or career cypher with an unusual type of anchor in my reference books...which leads me to think that it might be Imperial or Weimar navy. The reverse of the button shows the maker (Overhoff) and other details (numerals "19" and letter "M") which may help with identification.

It is a Bundesmarine Shoulderstrap. The firm that have made the button , did make buttons during the war , but yours is made after the war. 19 means the size of the button ( 19 milimeter ) and the M , stands for Marine.
