Is this an authentic Scharnhorst cap tally?

Hello! I'm looking at purchasing this Scharnhorst cap tally. However, I would want to know if this is authentic since there is apparently an infamous HMS Belfast souvenir cap tally of the Scharnhorst. According to the seller, the length is 103 cm.

In fact, that is indeed the HMS Belfast souvenir cap tally. The short end on the right is the easy giveaway. Many discussions on this type like this thread:

Agree. Even if it was an authentic tally just cut, you would not buy it. With the Scharnhorst you only buy one that is at least 100 cms with even ends on both sides.

So you would never buy a cut Scharnhorst to just the name for example since you would not know if it was period or not.

I fully agree with Norm and John. This is a prime example for a Belfast souvenir tally.
