6. Ersatz-Marineartillerieabteilung
Formed in Emden in Lower Saxony in September 1939 and subordinate to Abschnitt Emden. In 1941 the Abteilung was moved to Assen in the Drenthe Province of Northeastern Netherlands then later he same year it was moved to Groingen. On 01 September 1943 it was moved to the control of the 2. Admiral der Nordsee and renamed 24. Schiffsstammabteilung.
