Kriegsmarine Officer cap - Opinions please

I just received this cap as part of a KM officer grouping. I'm not sure the cap belonged to the particular officer - unfortunately the name has faded from the paper insert. I will post a separate question regarding identifying the officer in a different posting. I would like your opinions on it.
