Hello,
Not certain on the first item but the second item looks to be a mouth piece for a speaking tube . You see these in several different positions on a u-boat so crewmen can communicate with the bridge etc.
More pictures and dimensions would be helpful . is the bottom of the wide end solid or a mesh screen ? I was thinking a speaker or part of a radar devise ?Comment

The aluminium tube as mentioned is from within the submarine and is a cons tube. Usually seen in banks of three. There's a clear pic of these on an old film clip of a u boat raised in the late 50s by the navy as salvage for the materials it was carrying at the time, this can be found on YouTube.
Bottom image is the magnetic compass display from above the helmsmans position. Magnetic compass was situated at the base of the conning tower. For some reason the screen is blank on this one. The picture of the dial was transmitted down through an illuminated periscope system.
Both items are now in my collection..... Which is growing rapidly thanks to you haha.
