Hard to say...
I got mine with Reich Marine buttons, KM eagle and KM shoulder boards too.
The model i got is basically the same as the posted one.
For what i remember the 5 stitching on the collar was stated in the forum as intended KM garment.

The flaps of the pockets are a bit different from the known km model though...
Mine and yours flaps are more WH shaped, but maybe it doesn' t mean anything in this issue.

Hello, IMO the jackets shown are not RM/KM, the early KM white jacket model didn't have false cuffs, as had the second model, so these jackets with French cuffs are not navy.

Mine as reference.

Is This kind of jacket standard issue RM KM material?
I am trying to give myself a reason for the RM KM insignia i found on mine jacket.
Off course can be reapplied later on...
Is it possible to be private purchased with French cuffs?
Should I just consider it as modified by a previous owner or can i leave it in my collection as a RM KM issued?

Luca, RM buttons were used after 1933, so is not rare to find them in KM garments.

mine, with not false French cuffs, is an issued garment probably for a NCO, it has the owner red label name inside, but as this model was in use until 1938, sure that in an officer better quality private purchase one you can find some fashion modifications, as the false cuffs.
