The Tirpitz never had an issued tally that we know of. This is a jumbled grouping. The Documents might be real but the hat and tally/Mützenband are not good.

Absolutely correct. The cap tally is a fake.

Cap and tally are junk. The documents would be extremely rare if original, I have never seen an original tirpitz doc for ek or high seas fleet badge. Based on the hat I would be skeptical of their originality. You should post some high resolution images of those in the paper forum. Uniform also needs better pics.
