Need Help Kriegsmarine Summer Shirt

Hello, here are some pics of a Kriegsmarine Summer Shirt I have found. It has markings present. The patches appear to be Matrosenobergefeiter of Health. I think it looks good but I am not experienced. I would like opinions on if there are red flags? Does this shirt look WW2 Era and does the insignia look period attached. Thank you for the time and help!

I'd say yes to both questions, original shirt and eagle looks period applied. The sleeve insignia are hard to say, but I don't see any immediate red flags.
