Bag-backpack Kriegsmarine?.....found today

Hello everyone, today I found this large bag (height about 80 cm.), marked Hamburg in 1942.
It is a KM object for personal use of the soldier?....Is original?

No, a "Seesack" (sea bag) looks different, with square lid, and 2 carry straps.

So yours is either some kind of cover (for optic?) or to store gear / food at a ship.
