Great score, Can't comment for sure on the tally but certainly worth the gamble I feel!
Just the 6 insignia alone were only $5 bucks each if the tally does not pan out. Certainly looks old!
Maybe others will chime in!
btw here is a good comparison! ( I am not an expert on these...but it does not have the fake dot look...more even metallic,
fine gilt wire as you describe and full length, all plusses I believe)

I don't want people to think I am a 'show-off', the point is the stuff still shows up at some very cheap prices.
