Kriegsmarine Tropical Belt and Buckle-HELP

I need to know about what the KM tropical belt and buckle would look like. I have next to little about KM items, and figure that the pros will know. Is the buckle the same paint color as the WH, and web belt color as well? Thanks for any help!
