Need help! Kriegsmarine uniform

Hello, I am considering purchasing a WW2 Kriegsmarine donald duck hat, tunic and pants for my collection, they are separate pieces and are not a grouping. I would love opinions on if they appear to be original WW2 German items and if the Kriegsmarine wore the blue donald duck hat with the white tunic and pants during WW2. Also, is the gold eagle on the hat correct for the rank on the tunic. Thanks for the help and comments.

It all looks very nice to me. The cap is obviously a private purchase piece !
The sweatshield appears to be that brittle hard celluloid material, nothing modern

The tie with the same name as the jumper is also a bonus ?
Correct eagle+cockade on the sailor cap .
You can see mixed colours blue/white used period , nothing wrong ...

the cap is ok but IMHO very much overpriced. You will get textbook issued pieces by half of the money if you look out !
