I need help finding out if this is real or fake I'm not sure. I did my research but still can't tell about this one.

From this picture, it looks to me a correct metallic thread scharnhorst tally, but if you have better pictures from full length tally as suggested John, it will be better for say more about it.

OP sent me images of the tally, full length. It is a period tally, equal lengths both sides of the first and last letters.
