Here is another of these reference threads dedicated to the discussion of a single type of breast eagle. (The eventual goal is to have a collection of separate threads on each type, the links for which can eventually be grouped into one reference index thread for easy access.)
This type has been described by RonR in the past as "possible fake" or "not sure". It's quite distinctive with the dark thread accents, so we'll have to keep an eye out for any photos showing it in wear. It can be found without backing or with a woven cloth backing like this one (previously posted by RonR).
