Field Altered Tropical Tunic, KM????

Not sure if this is KM but any help would be gratefull, its had boards at one point, shadow seen, i belive it was four pocket before alterations, inside has blue cloth running down the button area that been cut, this has a 42 and KM ink stamp, oh and at one point it had a trade badge on the arm

Not a KM tropical jacket and IMO not even german .
Pockets are not made as germans did for example .

Well im stumpedshoulder boards used, trade patch on arm, maybe some sort of insignia on the collars but no evidence of a breast eagle, the pockets are not what expected with german uniforms, once was longer and perhaps four pocket and tailored to short jacket , im going to keep on trucking and look out for the pocket pattern and the KM 42 markings, ive got around 150 French Militar magazines and i might be lucky

Have a look to the DDR 60's branch as the pocket form is like the jackets they had .

Nick, wil do, ive spent 3 days going thru a few hundred od the french militaria magazines and so far not one unform with this sort of pocket, funny thing is if the pocket was reversed then the pleat would be the same as normal jackets, ill keep trying, Pete.
