These caps are very hard to establish date of manufacture. Private purchase, maybe prior to 1933, maybe during war.

Your cap looks to me like it was wartime worn. John

I can't clearly see the date on the maker's label. 1935? If you post this in the cloth headgear forum more info about the maker might be forthcoming.
