pls help/ blue KM tropical tunic?

Hello gents, I'm asking for your help this time, I got this KM summer jacket which is in every detail the same as the usual oilgreen or sand colored tunics, but this one is blue. Every stiching holes, loops etc, are the same as on the the typical ones from which I had a few, but I've never seen them in blue.
Have you ever seen such? any additional infos or observations are welcomed.

No one has any idea about this? as some addition I found the place of the torn out size/maker tag at the inner side of the right breast pocket.
