    Visor Emblems-Help

I bought this visor over 15 years ago. I discovered shortly afterwards the visor itself was Asian when I saw a tear in the inner lining with a paper underneath that had Asian symbols (most likely Japanese.) I just brought it back out and thought the front emblem always looked like an aged original. I was always curious about the Olympic Rings sewed to the band. I understand that Officer candidates entering the Kriegsmarine in 1936 use this emblem to represent year group. The back is missing the pin, but has imprinted the name "GES. GESCH." I know little about the Kriegsmarines and wonder if the visor emblem and the Olympic rings are original?

    The Front Emblem

Again I know the hat isn't German and I can't remember if I added the incorrect silver visor rope and button. Again any opinions will be appreciated reference the rings and emblem.
