White scoks with blue rings - kriegsmarine issued ?

Guys maybe you wuill be able to hlep with those white socks with blue size rings . My first thought was that these might LW socks but on LW forum got suggestion to ask here as these may be Kriegsmarine issued socks ( make sense since KM was using white mixed with blue elements of uniforms - for example white jacket wth blue collars/scrafs ) . These were found amog other german II WW equipment . Thanks in advance.
