Celestial globe

Hello,

I found this celestial globe today on a local market.
It is not marked on the metal but on the globe. Manufacturer is Ernst Schotte & Co Berlin same as on some globes in this thread: http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=694230

Note: Ernst Schotte & Co existed only until 1940
The globe has some dents and a very small piece of the paper is missing.

The upper bow is missing too, the ring is grey painted, the foot in black.

globe is original for sure, exactly like mine. The base looks as the small model. Great find

Congrats Christian. It's a so called 'small' model which I think is more rare than the one in mine and Eduardo's collections. The difference in use, period or any other is yet to be discovered and confirmed. However, that's one of the rarest items ever to dream of in our hobby area. I wouldn't say it's just luck as I know how deep one has to dig to find such a pieces.
