Coastal Artillery Boards unit #'ed

We just picked up a great footlocker grouping from a 29th Division soldier that must have gotten into some port area, as most of what he had "captured" was KM related items. Anything of not about the numbered Costal Artillery unit boards? Any idea where they were based that might help us ID some of the port photos?
