Sleeve insignia ... could it be KM ? Opinion needed...

The two career sleeve patches on the pictures were given to me as postwar east German patches ... trying to learn something about them I stumbeled over pictures of similar patches clearly identified as KM. So my question: What are they?? KM or VM ?? And if they are KM ... are they of any interest (= > an advise on their worth would be helpful!!)

Re-reading my post I see it´s a little unclear ...

After looking especially through the thread on career insignia here in the KM forum ( http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=574572) I´m pretty sure that my two items look like KM ... but could they be real with only missing a backing ? Or are they classic repros? WOuld really be great to get some advise ...
