Summer uniform officer coastal artillery. Real?

I have here a officer uniform belonging to the coastal artillery. I believe this is a summer uniform. I want to know if the fabric is the right one and if the insignias (breast eagle and collar patches) are original sewn to the tunic. It seems the collar patches are original sewn to the tunic.

Is the trouser the correct one? I love to hear opinions on this one.

Frans, nice and original corduroy KA uniform. well used but with a good shape. Trousers are pretty rare.
