Kriegsmarine Stabsoffizier Visor metal insignia?

Hello to you Kriegsmarine-collectors,

there is a special visor offered for auction and it has the rare metal wreath/cockade. Makers mark "August Strachnitz ... Stettin" inside the cap.

Would like to hear your opinnion for it. Do you think the value of this model is less then the regular insignia model?

Has anyone heard of the maker before?
