Your clock is beautiful. Does this one have the winding key? Is it functional?

Although this is a Kienzle key I actually like the eagle design...

KM Clock Keys

No one knows what the original key was for these clocks.
Which is difficult to believe as the K & O Clocks must have been issued with keys
on delivery to the KM.
I have looked into this a lot with no answer despite extensive research.

Winged Kienzle Key

Although this is a Kienzle key I actually like the eagle design...

I agree with Florian, they do suit the clock, but date earlier.
