What is the relation if there is one between this individual and perhaps Admiral Karl Jesco Von Puttkamer (Juli 20, 1944 wound badge recipient) I haven't had much luck finding this out. Can someone help?

Karl Jesco Von Puttkamer was 17 when Konstantin von Puttkamer was born so he may have been an older brother or cousin.
