Same as you other tunic:
Without proper pictures of the tunic (not blurry, taken at outside light), proper details (eagle, stripes, award loops, liner, line stars, button sewing...) you will not get reliable answers...hard to judge from what you have posted here.

No It's not. I have seen many original KM reefers with post-war added replica Narvik shield. As Nick says: It's not because the shield is a copy that the whole jacket is a copy
