Some Kriegsmarine Patches

I'm new at this, so I wanted to ask for opinions on these patches before I purchase them:
- A naval officer's breast patch
- A U-Boat breast patch

I do not think the U-Boot patch is WWII. If it is being described as such I would worry about the source. But I'm no expert.

It seems that we talking about a original ww-2 breast eagle and a BM cloth badge
