Ahoy Matey's!
Here's a recent acquisition to my KM category. Another but unusual leather deck jacket.
despite the irregularities I have no problems with this item yet, curious to hear some comments regarding the lining, lack of vertical pockets and horizontal chest/back seam for a double breast full collar variant. Also how does the tag look please, this could be my weakness.
My comments:
The motivator for me to pursue this item being the provisions for shoulder boards, always desired one of these to display boards. Will get more photo's to determine the loops which look to be the standard for leather garments and if there are grommets or sew on buttons. Bakelit buttons, bring it on I like the uniformity there. The lining of course is not the charcoal grey blanket fabric but is comparable to the deck trousers, so no major issue for me being a 44 dtd. production. Not sure if it has storm sleeves yet until in hand, but could probably bet one of my nuts.
Thanks for looking.
