Kriegsmarine jumper

Hi guys.I know that the white Kriegsmarine era jumpers are often dated as early as the 1920's,but would it be possible in any way for one to be dated 1903?
It has a breast eagle sewn on that looks to be original

Seems really odd that it could have been in storage that long before being reissued,and certainly no way it could have been in actual use for at least 31 years without being absolutely trashed..

I was in the Navy and my whites were filthy after ONE use!
Any comments or opinions appreciated.

I have it on hold,but it was brought to my attention that it may be a turd.
The date is 1903
My research is turning up nothing of use..
I need advice by Friday!

The eagle doesn't look original to the jumper.
