Another coastal artillery jacket for opinions please.

Hi.

I need your opinions on this jacket. This should be a normal EM one which has been upgraded for an NCO during the war. It has a small damage on the right sleeve that has been repaired (hopefully during the war). Back side of the collar has some moth or age holes. What do you think about this jacket?

I would like to see better pics from the shoulder-boards because i have mine doubts what the originality concern, the collar has been replaced as you can see, i think it's a private tailored tunic or it is a specimen with some alterations (sleeve lining), the eagle could be original applied, the collar tabs i have no idea the pics are to blurry, maybe this tunic has been made in one of the occupied countries????,....if i look at the dark blue lining i would guess Holland???

I don't like the shoulder boards and the NCO tress, that in any case is not original from the tunic as is the same on the collar and on the shoulders, ... not for me
