KM leather Markings

A good friend of mine got this along with some other items at an auction in Dallas I know next to nothing on KM items any help would be appreciated I have never seen a stamp like this isn't this a Political Eagle?

I think it's a good stamp.
I've got the same on a trouser found in Brest.

Looks like a good Kriegsmarine stamp to me.
The jacket looks good, too. Do you know how much he got it for?

Original jacket but isn't this a shortened "officer" deck leather coat. The impressed eagle is standard, but it is not always pressed in the leather.

This is not a cut down leather deck coat. It is made like the black leather wraps, but this one is different from those in several small details that I can see and probably more that I can not see in these photos. If this one is pre-45 (I have no reason to think that it is not) this would be the only such example that I have ever seen.
