It appears that the dickie is directly attached to the jumper, which is a sure sign of postwar production. The BAK stamp is also a funny one. This is not one for me.

Well I withdraw my statement about the dickie. It does indeed appear to be removable. I will say though that it's a weird type of dickie I have never seen before. Perhaps some of the more seasoned KM collectors will know better than I.
