Is this a good eagle? Is it even Kriegs? Looks more black than blue? Sorry, I have zero knowledge when it comes to Kriegs items, but I am trying to learn!

I am not super experienced with these but I believe this is a fake. If the usual law of the machine woven ones carries over to the machine embroidered ones, there should be 5 inner feathers rather than the 4 on here. Or maybe it doesn't matter with these. I don't really know. -
IMO one of the 100 variations of embroidered KM breast eagles !
The number of feathers counts for bevo ones , no real rules for the embroidered ones ...
Black or dark navy blue ? put this on a black cloth and it will tell you
if it's blue or black .

I should have included it in my original posting....but it definitely does glow under UV light. GAMS1 ....great suggestion...I guess I was not smart enough to come up with the color test. When I put it on a dark blue blazer, it matches perfectly and when held up against black fabric...you can tell it is dark blue
