From a Prinz Eugen group I once owned. No vent holes under armpit. This uniform was worn by a crewmember of Prinz Eugen during its voyage to the US after the war.

That one went through a war...well worn, faded,, cuffs repaired, collar replaced
and demilitarized: all insignia removed, buttons replaced with civilian ones...
