Like John says, your Kriegsmarine is a good one.

If you really want to know about tallies you need more than a look in the pinned thread. It's long but there's imo a lot of info there so take your time.

My harddrive with pics is not doing so well so can't post a pic for you but in the pinned thread look at post #79-80. The top one is good, then a fake and a postwar. Look at the amount of wire around the letters on the good one and how it's just dots around the letters on the others.

Another fake is in post #56-57 by my friend Justin, where each letter is a yellow block of thread.

You should always have a look on the reverse, it says it all. So if you're looking for tallies on say e-bay, stay clear of those without a reverse pic to start with. Too bad to get burned.

It's not complete but still the best list of tallies for the RM, KM and BM imo.

Also check the ships or units name. Eg there are no geschwaders in KM, that's a Bundesmarine thing.

They made copies of them in the 80's but made with a very thin thread and a
synthetic band ...this one is a good one and 25e is a bargain for Europe !
