KM tunic ok?

Hi all! A friend gave me this uniform so i can sell it for him... but i dont know anything about them. Its for a person to max 180cm (a bit to small for me, im 185). I dont see any manufacturer markings or anything. Just 2 small moth holes.
All the buttons are marked the same: Kriegsmarine 19M40.

in my opinion it is not good. It is a blue jacket with applied insigna which pretends to be Kriegsmarine.
The jacket has only three buttonholes as far I can see ? Also for an enlisted man jacket, as arm patches indicates, completly the wrong style.

Yes, has only 3 button holes on both sides. I knew something was just wrong with it.
