A second generation eagle with a very early number? When ( what number) did the eagle change from first generation to second generation?

Thanks for the question: At the very beginning they used the first and second eagle generation. I have for example 1199 N with an eagle of the second generation. Second to third eagle generation changed from the beginning 13XXX dial numbers on.

Other than what looks to be a re-silvered dial, has anything else been replaced/repaired and do the numbers all match as original?

Way too nice .............the OG ones all seem to have more scratches and paint loss, but Florian has some wonderful stuff, so it was more a supposition on my part.
