Marine-Artillery sholderboard?

Is this a Feldwebel of a Marine-Artillery-unit? If not, what unit could it be?

A nice shoulder board for the field gray tunic that was worn by many units of the Krigsmarine, not just the Artillery. No way to tell which unit with out the specific branch identifier. Could be anything fro Coast Artillery to the NCO in charge of running a motor pool or a supply depot. Here are a couple of examples:
