Kriegsmarine NCO Uniform, jacket and trousers

I got this Jacket and trousers for an NCO togehter with other items ( Dograg, decorations, a few Mützenbänder etc ). Kriegsmarine uniforms is not my field of collecting. So please tell me if everything is allright. Eagle is missing.

Interesting is the fact that the orange paper labels are in Dutch language.
They are printed in Rotterdam. (K2072 = printing office Nieuwenhuijsen, Rotterdam )

No problem with that at all, in fact actually encouraging. Dutch MFG'd and processed via BAW depot?

Is there a 5th row of buttons missing by any chance?

No, only 4 buttons on every side. There was never a 5 button or a 5 Buttonhole for sure.
