Blue work fatigue uniform

Blue work fatigue (drillich-HBT) uniform;
Could this be KM related? It has a stand up collar...

It's not the blue Pz mechanics jacket as those lacked such pockets...(1 chest + 1 skirt shown here, an odd combination...)
Not in hand yet so not sure if it has markings...Provisions for 4 buttons only...has 2 (replacement?) plastic buttons now..
