I saw a piece of KM equipment and could not tell what is was. I forgot to take a pic of it so I will describe it. It was a hood that covered the head and shoulders and was tan in color. It had a retangular viewing port in front and on the back was a J shaped medal connection for what I assumed was for a air hook it. I am starting to think it was worn as a piece of fire fighting equipment aboard ship. Any help is appreciated.
