KM button question

Hi alls

Please tell me friend what used this km button 25mm diameter size for,cap,jacket or what

the description:Kriegsmarine Button. Made of a translucent material, 25mm diameter, and marked on reverse "Kriegsmarine / JFS / 1942". Slight chipping to one side of edge, otherwise very good condition.

Good morning Velasco,
it is a normal glass button for the jacket of KM units.
They used this type of material due to a lack of precious raw materials.
JFS stand for Joseph Felix and Sohne and obviously "1942" the date of its fabrication, no more.
