KM Reefer and trouser - opinions needed

Dears,

I got this Reefer and trouser from a fellow member of this forum.
Some observations:

• both jacket and trouser made from same heavy fabric, using same material, inside too.
• One sleve star missing, but former seat can be seen
• Both cuffstripes are applied with different threads, both not sewn in the seam. Distance between them is wide.
• Eagle has a light blue backing
• All buttons applied with same thread but all left side buttons marked only "D20", all left side buttons marked with "20" german eagle which has no swastika, so either RM or BM ??
• Upper right and left button smaller size
