    Officer KM visor cap!

    Hello,

Of what think you of this officer's cap? it results from a wardrobe master. Badges and the badge of day above are good for me. Inside, there is an old dated newspaper.

    Thank s for your opinion.

IMO not a good original cap, post-war cap with replaced insignias.
Collector of Kriegsmarine and Küstenartillerie items

Nonsense! I think it would make a lovely door stop.

As stated previously, an absolute fake, and a poor attempt at that. Postwar pastic sweatshield & maker's logo, incorrect sweatband, and the insignia is especially bad.
The nimrod selling this travesty thinks that stuffing an old newspaper in it makes it look authentic.

I agree with the others, a post-war one...

Very obvious fake...post war modern plastic (non cellulid) sweat shield, which states "Deutsches Patent"
instead of war time "Deutsches Reichs Patent" (DRP)

It might even be post unification 1989, not even West German...more modern...West German would be
              Deutsches Bundespatent "DBP"(Federal German Patent).

The grenade pin is a civilian WHW collections pin...(WW2). Various types existed...Examples below: (PAK shell)
I have the sea mine one pinned on a KM overseas cap!
